All About Sarah

I am 9 years old and I go to Laura Welch Bush. My favorite subject is reading. I love when my teacher Mrs. Chrobak reads to us. I love playing the piano and soccer. My favorite state is Virginia. My best friend Dinali lives there. I am going to visit her this summer. I can't wait! My friends in Texas are Elise and Jordan. We do lots of things together like playing in my new red wagon and jumping on my new red trampoline. I have just started to become interested in cooking. I like to cook for my family.

The Dogs

The Dogs, Sadie(left) and Biscuit(right) enjoy the weather here in Austin. They enjoy spending countless hours outside chewing bones, digging, sniffing and occasionally swimming in the new pool.

These are murals in Laura and Mary's room. The beach scene is in Laura's room and the flower pattern is in Mary's.

The House

This is the new house in Austin, Texas!! A brand new house built over the summer.

After moving to Austin I was hired w/i a week at one of the middle school's teaching pre-ap language arts to 8th graders. Fun, fun yet challenging. I love the weather and being back in Texas.

Laura began high school this year! Mary, 7th grade, and Sarah 4th. Laura hung up her leo after seven years of gymnastics. Mary continues going to the gym 5 nights a week. Sarah is happy to play, and sometimes squeezes in five minutes of piano.

The Marine Corps was fun, however it is nice living somewhere, that you won't have to say good-bye. So, if you can't come visit this year, we'll be here for quite awhile. Ya'll come visit anytime!

Happy Holidays,

Anne-Marie

Christmas Note From Mick

Merry Christmas to All...

We are trying something new this year. In lieu of a Christmas letter, we are writing a Christmas Blog. We will be updating it all year long, so come back and visit us often.

I (Mick) will start off by wishing you all a very Merry Christmas. We hope that the passing of this year finds you healthy and happy. We moved to Austin, Tx this summer and I retired from the Marine Corps after 20 years.

I will let each of the family members update you on what is going on in their lives.

Mick
